Mike Eddowes - professional photographer
Biography :
Mike trained as a photographer in London in the 1970s, after which he assisted a number of well-known photographers, and worked on his first west end shows.
He then moved into marketing and publicity joing Hollywood agency, Rogers and Cowan, becoming personal press representative for, amongst many , Elton John and Paul McCartney.
He was later a founding director of two major below-the-line agencies in London's West End.
During this time he co-ordinated and art directed numerous album, advertising and fashion photo-shoots by top London photographers including Terry O'Neill, Brian Moody, Linda McCartney and Terry Donovan.
Mike was event director for fifty Heineken sponsored festivals up and down the country.
Other major clients included Whitbread, Nescafe and Capital Radio.
In 2000 he turned full-circle back to his first love, photography, and now specialises in theatre, circus, music and the performing arts.
